Originally from Oxford, England, I completed high school and went on to complete a trade in Tool and Die Making, a five year apprentice program. In summer of 1986 family invited me to come for a visit to Canada. After staying two weeks in the country, I knew I had found my home…in the “Land of Opportunity”.
After arriving to Winnipeg in July 1988, I worked as a Tool and Die Maker for a few years and although liking what I did I realized that it wasn’t my true passion, which is working closely with people. In 1996, I decided to pursue the Real Estate business…and to this day I have never looked back.
I have worked with a diversified clientele with sales ranging from $60K for a mobile home, to a million+ for a luxury home. I have also done some commercial real estate. 90% of my business is from past clients and referrals. I truly enjoy the one-on-one with clients and sitting down with them at the beginning of the process to figure out a marketing plan that will work for their specific needs.
Participating on various boards over the past 25 years as a REALTOR® including a task force for The Winnipeg Realtors® Association with over 1,450 agents, I worked at improving the REALTOR® image, not only with the public but within the membership themselves. I have been fortunate enough to have received numerous awards within my company, Century 21® nationally, as well as The Winnipeg REALTORS® Association for being a Top Producing Agent.
My desire is to be seen as a valuable up to date resource to my clients, helping them to fulfill their real estate dreams. My focus is providing them with professional dedicated service, and developing long-term relationships with his clients.
